Get started in three steps

  1. Start your trial. Visit app.filtermycalls.com/start to begin the 14-day free trial. Or call 1-888-312-3688 and the AI will take your details for follow-up.
  2. Provision your numbers. Pick one or more local numbers for your practice inside the onboarding wizard, then configure call forwarding from your existing carrier.
  3. Configure routing. Tell us your providers, your hours, and your protocols. The AI is tuned to your practice's workflow during setup.

Common questions

How does the AI handle refill requests?

The AI captures the drug name, patient name, pharmacy, and refill type (new, ongoing, controlled), then routes to the right team based on your practice's protocol. Refill calls are tagged separately in the dashboard for easy review.

What if the AI can't answer a question?

The AI is honest about its limits. If a caller asks for something outside the protocol, the AI captures the question, marks the call with appropriate urgency, and your team gets a notification with the full call context — no transcription required.

How do I add a teammate?

From your practice dashboard, go to Members → Invite. Enter their email and select a role (Admin, Member, or Read-only). They will receive an invitation link that expires in 7 days.

What about HIPAA?

Group and Enterprise tiers include a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) at no additional fee. Our infrastructure is built for HIPAA-compliant handling of Protected Health Information. SOC 2 Type 2 is in our compliance plan.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to call recordings for 30 days post-cancellation for export.
