Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FilterMyCalls website at filtermycalls.com and the FilterMyCalls service (collectively, the "Service"), provided by LTI Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "FilterMyCalls").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, calling our service line at 1-888-312-3688, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a practice or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. The Service
FilterMyCalls is an AI phone receptionist service for independent medical, dental, and specialty practices. The Service includes call answering, screening, routing, recording, transcription, refill intake, dashboard access, and (optionally) operational SMS messaging.
3. Account, eligibility, and use
- You must be 18 or older and have authority to contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent purposes; not to interfere with the Service's infrastructure; and not to attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance per the tier you select (Starter, Group, or Enterprise).
- A 14-day free trial is available for new customers; no payment method is required to start the trial.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are at our discretion and generally only granted for documented service failures.
- Past-due accounts may be suspended until payment is received.
5. SMS messaging program
FilterMyCalls operates an operational SMS program from the toll-free number 1-888-312-3688. This program is governed by these terms and complies with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
- Opt-in required. SMS is sent only after you opt in, either via the web form at /sms-opt-in or verbally during an inbound call where you expressly consent.
- Message types. Signup links, demo confirmations, billing ticket responses, account/service notifications. No marketing or promotional messages.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies. Typical volume is under 4 messages per month per user.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any FilterMyCalls SMS to opt out. Opt-out is processed automatically by our SMS infrastructure.
- Help. Reply HELP to any FilterMyCalls SMS, or contact support at 1-888-312-3688 or support@filtermycalls.com.
- Carrier rates. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. FilterMyCalls does not charge for SMS.
- Carrier disclaimer. Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No condition of purchase. Opting in to SMS is not a condition of using the Service.
6. HIPAA and Protected Health Information
If you are a HIPAA-covered entity and have signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us (available on Group and Enterprise tiers), we will treat Protected Health Information (PHI) we receive in accordance with that BAA and applicable law. Without a signed BAA, you agree not to transmit PHI to the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation (including TCPA).
- Send unsolicited marketing calls or messages, robocalls outside the permitted scope, or spam.
- Harass, threaten, or defraud any person.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Resell the Service without a written reseller agreement.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks (including "FilterMyCalls"), is owned by LTI Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTI Group LLC and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims relating to unauthorized SMS sent to third parties using your account.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or for abuse of the Service. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or SMS at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
