This Privacy Policy describes how LTI Group LLC ("we", "us", "FilterMyCalls") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the FilterMyCalls website at filtermycalls.com and the FilterMyCalls service (collectively, the "Service").
1. Who we are
FilterMyCalls is an automated call-filtering service operated by LTI Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our registered address is 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801. The service is available to users in the United States and Canada.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account & contact information: name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- SMS opt-in information: when you opt in to receive SMS from FilterMyCalls, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, and consent timestamp.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited, referrer).
- No cross-site tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To send the operational SMS you have opted in to receive (account and verification messages, billing notifications, service alerts).
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
4. SMS messaging program — specific notice
This section describes our SMS program in detail, consistent with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.

- Message types: account and verification messages, billing notifications, and service alerts.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with FilterMyCalls. Typical volume is under 4 messages per month per user.
- Opt-in: opt-in is collected via the web form at /sms-opt-in by entering your mobile number and actively checking a consent box.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any FilterMyCalls SMS. Your opt-out is processed automatically by our SMS infrastructure and the next message to your number is blocked. You can also email support@filtermycalls.com.
- Help: reply HELP to any FilterMyCalls SMS, or email support@filtermycalls.com.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's plan. FilterMyCalls does not charge for SMS.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- No third-party sharing: we do not sell or share your mobile number, opt-in data, or SMS content with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How we share information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Telnyx), and hosting (Railway). Each operates under a written agreement requiring confidentiality and security.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to affected users.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. SMS opt-in records are retained for the life of your subscription plus 3 years. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, immutable audit logging, and least- privilege secret management.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@filtermycalls.com.
9. Canadian users (PIPEDA)
If you are in Canada, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect personal information with your consent and only for the purposes described in this policy. You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@filtermycalls.com. If a data breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and report to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required. Any commercial electronic messages we send comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); transactional messages (such as account, verification, and billing notices) are sent to operate your subscription.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes affecting your SMS program rights, we will provide separate notice via email or SMS.
