This Privacy Policy describes how LTI Group LLC ("we", "us", "FilterMyCalls") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the FilterMyCalls website at filtermycalls.com and the FilterMyCalls service (collectively, the "Service").
1. Who we are
FilterMyCalls is a product of LTI Group LLC, a private US-based operating company. Our parent site is https://ltigroupllc.com. Our registered business address is 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Our EIN is 87-2788006.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account & contact information: name, practice name, email address, mobile phone number, business phone number, role.
- SMS opt-in information: when you opt in to receive SMS from FilterMyCalls, we collect your name, practice name, mobile phone number, email address, and consent timestamp.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
2.2 Information collected during calls
- Call recordings and transcripts: calls to our public support line at 1-888-312-3688 may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and to verify SMS consent given verbally during a call.
- Caller ID metadata: the calling number, approximate location, and timestamp.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited, referrer).
- No cross-site tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To send the operational SMS you have opted in to receive (signup links, demo confirmations, billing ticket responses, account notifications).
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
4. SMS messaging program — specific notice
This section describes our SMS program in detail, consistent with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.
- Program name: FilterMyCalls Operational SMS.
- Sending number: +1-888-312-3688.
- Message types: signup links, demo confirmations, billing ticket responses, account notifications.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with FilterMyCalls. Typical volume is under 4 messages per month per user.
- Opt-in: opt-in is collected (a) via the web form at /sms-opt-in by entering your mobile number and actively checking a consent box, or (b) verbally during an inbound call to 1-888-312-3688 where the AI assistant explicitly requests consent before any SMS is sent. Verbal consent is recorded in the call audio and stored in our audit log.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any FilterMyCalls SMS. Your opt-out is processed automatically by our SMS infrastructure and the next message to your number is blocked. You can also email support@filtermycalls.com.
- Help: reply HELP to any FilterMyCalls SMS, or call 1-888-312-3688.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's plan. FilterMyCalls does not charge for SMS.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- No third-party sharing: we do not sell or share your mobile number, opt-in data, or SMS content with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How we share information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Telnyx), voice infrastructure (Telnyx), hosting (Railway). Each operates under a written agreement requiring confidentiality and security.
- Business Associate Agreements (BAA): for HIPAA-covered customers on Group or Enterprise tier, we operate under a signed BAA. Protected Health Information (PHI) is processed in accordance with HIPAA.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to affected users.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default unless a longer retention is required by your HIPAA BAA or by law. SMS opt-in records are retained for the life of your subscription plus 3 years.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, immutable audit logging, and least- privilege secret management. SOC 2 Type 2 is in our compliance plan.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@filtermycalls.com.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes affecting your SMS program rights, we will provide separate notice via email or SMS.
