3. You get the caller's name and reason
You see the name the caller gave and the reason they stated — real context instead of a mystery number. For example: “John from ABC Roofing — about your estimate.” Now the choice is an informed one.
4. You Answer or Decline while the caller holds
With the name and reason in hand, you tap Answer to be put through, or Decline — while the caller is still on the line. If you decline, or do not respond in time, the caller is told you are unavailable and is offered the chance to leave a message if you have turned that on. You stay in control the whole time.
